Oblita-Ray Laser Restoration (“we”) operates this website to explain laser cleaning and to take quote requests.
What we collect
If you submit the quote form, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, job details (location type, city, items, material, contaminant, size), photos you upload, and technical basics such as IP address and browser information that help us run the site and prevent spam.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to you, quote the job, schedule work, and keep a record of the project. We may email you about your request. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing lists.
Photos
Job photos help us quote accurately. They are stored with your lead record. We may use anonymized or agreed work photos to show examples of the process; say so on the form or in follow-up if a piece should stay private.
Sharing
We share information only with the tools that run this site (hosting, email delivery) and if the law requires it. We do not share leads with other contractors as a default.
Retention
We keep lead records as long as they are useful for the job and our records. You can ask us to update or delete your contact details by using the quote form and explaining the request.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
